Orders

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or out-of-work hours will be processed on the following business day. 

When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. Please note that BUSCEMI will not ship to PO boxes.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes after your order has been shipped and tracking is generated. If you need to make any adjustments to your order or shipping address, please reach out to clientservice@buscemi.com and our team will do our absolute best to accommodate your request before the order has been fulfilled.

 

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

DOMESTIC ORDERS 

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express

We will only ship to addresses that match the billing address of the credit card you use unless using PayPal payments. When using PayPal, we will only ship to "confirmed" PayPal addresses.

Any orders placed that do not comply with this policy will be cancelled and refunded. Pricing on our website is displayed in US dollars. International posted rates are not live rates and may not be the exact conversion amount, it is intended as a guide only.


TAXES

Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law. You can see the exact sales tax on your order after entering your address information on the checkout page.

*For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees in the country of delivery are charged at checkout. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Shipping + Delivery

Shipping

All orders take 24-48 hours to be processed at our warehouse before being sent out.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link for you to follow the progress of your shipment.

Delivery times will depend on the shipping method and destination:

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN CONTINENTAL US

Standard: 3-5 business days. Free Ground Shipping on orders over $300.00

Express: 1-2 business days. $40.00 Shipping Rate applies to all Express orders

*Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time-frame.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated according to package weight and destination. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination, but will typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees in the country of delivery are charged at checkout. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

*For UK Customers: Please note that, due to updated HMRC VAT Regulations, we are currently unable to ship orders under £135 to the UK.

Delivery

PLEASE NOTE BUSCEMI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE AND ARE IN THE CARE OF THE SHIPPING CARRIER. BUSCEMI WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR COMPENSATION IN THE EVENT A PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, OR MISHANDLED.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipping address and contact information is accurate. If you have entered incorrect information on your order, please contact our client service team immediately so the necessary changes can be made prior to shipping.

All orders over $500.00 are shipped Direct Signature Required. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a signature for their package upon delivery.

Returns

Return Policy

At BUSCEMI, we aim to provide you with high-quality footwear and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you want to return or exchange your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making your purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Merchandise may be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of the original purchase date only when accompanied by the original sales receipt, original shoe box and packaging materials. After 14 days, all sales will be final and merchandise will not be eligible for return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not pass our quality control standards upon return will not be refunded, and the items will be returned to you.

All items purchased with discount codes or sales events indicated as FINAL SALE (through email, social media, or website) are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.

Important Note: Our capacity to assist with products is limited to those purchased directly through our official online store. We are unable to provide assistance with products bought from authorized BUSCEMI retailers or other sources.

 

 

Returns + Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center HERE and follow instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. For international returns, please contact clientservice@buscemi.com to request your return or exchange.

Exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED IF NOT PLACED DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR RETURNS PORTAL.

BUSCEMI will not be responsible for returning or replacing your return if not done through our Returns Portal or through emailing Client Service.

All international orders must email clientservice@buscemi.com to receive an RMA. International customers are solely responsible for return shipping and any costs associated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage until we have confirmed the receipt of the item. BUSCEMI will not be liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.

 

 

Refunds

We will issue a refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. 

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment and will exclude shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed, from the time that we have received them in the warehouse.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at clientservice@buscemi.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. For more information, please refer to our Product Support Policy page here.

Customers may be eligible for a return or exchange of damaged products under the following conditions:
  • The shoes were purchased directly from the BUSCEMI online store.
  • The damage is a result of a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or quality issue.
  • The request for return or exchange is made within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.

The following scenarios are not eligible for return or exchange under this policy:
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or neglect.
  • Alterations or modifications made to the shoes by the customer or third parties.
