Yes, we ship all over the world on a DDP basis. Shipping and duties costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Delivery times will depend on the shipping method and destination. Orders processed in the U.S. will take 1-7 business days to arrive from the date of dispatch. International deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, we recommend checking your spam or junk email folder.
If you have changed your mind about your order after you have placed it, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
We unfortunately cannot make any changes after your order has been shipped and tracking is generated. If you need to make any adjustments to your order or shipping address, please reach out to clientservice@buscemi.com and our team will do our absolute best to accommodate your request before the order has been fulfilled.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will only ship to addresses that match the billing address of the credit card you use unless using PayPal payments. When using PayPal, we will only ship to "confirmed" PayPal addresses.
Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. We collect sales taxes in all applicable states.
For international orders, all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees in the country of delivery are charged at checkout. The price reflected at checkout is the final price to be paid by the customer. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Items purchased from buscemi.com can be returned within 14 days of their delivery date only when accompanied by the original sales receipt, original shoe box and packaging materials. After 14 days, all sales will be final and merchandise will not be eligible for return.

Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or out-of-work hours will be processed on the following business day.
When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. Please note that BUSCEMI will not ship to PO boxes.
We unfortunately cannot make any changes after your order has been shipped and tracking is generated. If you need to make any adjustments to your order or shipping address, please reach out to clientservice@buscemi.com and our team will do our absolute best to accommodate your request before the order has been fulfilled.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link for you to follow the progress of your shipment.

All international orders ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, and customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees in the country of delivery are charged at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated according to package weight and destination, and the price of the item as it appears at checkout is a final price to be paid by the customer. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US Holidays) and all items will be shipped via DHL/UPS at that time. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse.
Please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered, which can vary depending on the destination country.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. BUSCEMI is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
*For UK Customers: Please note that, due to updated HMRC VAT Regulations, we are currently unable to ship orders under £135 to the UK.
BUSCEMI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE AND ARE IN THE CARE OF THE SHIPPING CARRIER. BUSCEMI WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR COMPENSATION IN THE EVENT A PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, OR MISHANDLED.
Merchandise may be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date only when accompanied by the original sales receipt, original shoe box and packaging materials. After fourteen days (14) all sales will be final and merchandise will not be eligible for return. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a return. Once our returns department has inspected the item(s) and approved them for re-sale, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s) and you can then purchase the style/color/size you wish. If the item is defective, the replacement merchandise will be shipped after our returns department have inspected the item.
Do not use the original shoe box as the shipping box. Buscemi, LLC will not be responsible for processing of such items.
Please contact client service if you have any questions prior to processing a return. All returns must have a return label on the package with an RA#. To process your return and receive an RA#, please go to at: buscemistore.returnscenter.com. Once an RA# is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately so packages can be received within 2 weeks of the date the RA# was created. Buscemi reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery with original tags attached. FINAL SALE items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Care Guide & Tips
Leather
We would suggest using a professional leather cleaning specialist who uses an environmentally friendly method to protect your footwear when needed.
Leathers can also be cleaned by gently cleaning the leather using warm water and a brush to remove dirt and debris and dry with a cloth.
Next, condition your boots with a light, even coat of a Leather Conditioner. This step nourishes the leather, enhancing its longevity and preserving its rich hues.
Finally, protect your leather by misting the boots with a Leather Protector spray, holding it six to eight inches away. This invisible shield acts as a barrier to safeguard against dirt and moisture.
Suede and Nubuck
To maintain your suede shoes, using a suede protector spray when you first purchase your shoes will help repel any dirt or water. Suede and Nubuck can then be cleaned gently with a suede brush. Suede protector sprays are available at good quality shoe care stores, the store will also be able to provide help with products for removing any stubborn marks.
We don’t recommend that you wear suede in wet weather. We would recommend using a good quality suede protector especially on lighter coloured suedes which will help if you get caught in the rain.
Store in a warm dry environment. Should your leather shoes become wet, allow them to dry naturally, never dry them using direct heat or a radiator.
Natural leather heels and soles are often made up of several layers. Leather will expand when wet and should be dried slowly to avoid separation of these layers.
Store footwear with limited exposure to heat and sunlight. Most leathers become hard if they get very wet. Once fully dried they may need a day or two to soften up again.
Using shoe trees or shoe moulds whilst footwear is in storage will maintain the shape of your footwear and help absorb moisture.
Your shoes will proportionally last longer if you alternate between two or three different styles. We don’t recommend that you wear the same shoes every day as they need time to breathe and to completely dry out.
As the outsoles wear out, a good shoe repair shop should be able to remove and replace either the sole or heel lift to prolong the life of the shoes.
Buscemi selects leathers with rich character and natural finishes. Due to the natural finishes of our leathers, color transfer can occur on other materials. Avoid contact with light coloured garments.
When you purchase any footwear, it is always best to wear them for short periods of around two to three hours for the first few days to allow the materials to mould around your foot naturally to prevent blisters. It is advisable not to wear the same footwear over consecutive days, this is to allow your feet to relax and to allow the leather enough time to dry and recover after each wearing.

Eligibility for Return and Exchange
Customers may be eligible for a return or exchange of damaged shoes under the following conditions:
- The shoes were purchased directly from the BUSCEMI online store.
- The damage is a result of a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or quality issue.
- The request for return or exchange is made within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
EXCLUSIONS
The following scenarios are not eligible for return or exchange under this policy:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or neglect.
- Alterations or modifications made to the shoes by the customer or third parties.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
CONTACT CLIENT SERVICES If you believe your product is damaged and qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact our client service team through clientservice@buscemi.com. Provide your online order number, a detailed description of the damage, and relevant photographs as evidence.
EVALUATION + AUTHORIZATION Our client service team will assess the provided information and may request additional details or images for clarification. If the damage is confirmed to be covered under this policy, you will receive a return authorization or exchange confirmation.
RETURNING THE PRODUCT For returns, customers will receive a return shipping label. Carefully pack the damaged shoes in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the provided return shipping label and send the package to the designated address.
INSPECTION + RESOLUTION Upon receiving the returned shoes, our quality control team will inspect the items to verify the reported damage. If the damage is confirmed to be covered by our policy, you will be eligible for a refund, store credit, or a replacement pair of shoes, depending on your preference.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE OPTIONS
REFUND If you choose a refund, the original purchase price will be reimbursed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
STORE CREDIT Opting for store credit will allow you to use the refunded amount towards future purchases on our website.
REPLACEMENT If you prefer a replacement, we will ship the item to you at no additional cost. Please note that the availability of replacement items may vary based on stock levels.

REPLACEMENT PARTS Equally, we are not equipped to provide replacement parts for any products. Should you encounter challenges or defects with your BUSCEMI product, our customer service team is available to explore potential alternative solutions.
Our capacity to assist with products is limited to those purchased directly through our official online store. We are unable to provide assistance with products bought from authorized BUSCEMI retailers or other sources.
